Financial support for optimizing your online presence in Brussels
To qualify for Brussels subsidies, your company must meet the following criteria:
Status and location:
- Be a SME with at least one operational headquarters located in the Brussels-Capital Region.
- Operate in one of the eligible sectors.
Specific conditions:
- Have an economic and commercial purpose and not be funded more than 75% by public funds.
- Not have exceeded a total of €300,000 in de minimis aid over the past three years.
Legal obligations:
- Comply with publication and filing obligations for annual accounts, in accordance with Book III of the Code of Companies and Associations.
- If the company has more than 50 employees, it must have a diversity plan in place.
Application procedure:
- Submit the grant application before starting any external consulting mission. The mission must meet the defined criteria to be considered eligible.
What type of missions are eligible?
To qualify for the digitalization grant, the consultancy mission must fall within one of the following areas:
- Digitalization: Optimization of internal processes, production methods, or the digital transformation of your company’s products and services.
- IT Security: Implementation of solutions to protect your company’s data and infrastructure.
- Website Development: Creation or technical improvement of your website.
What is the subsidy rate and potential increases?
The grant consists of a base rate, with potential increases depending on specific conditions, subject to predefined limits.
Base subsidy rate
- 25% of eligible expenses, if none of the additional criteria below are met.
Maximum subsidy rate
- Up to 70% of eligible expenses, with a maximum of €10,000 per beneficiary per calendar year, if multiple eligibility criteria are met.
- Minimum intervention per request/mission: €500 (Maximum of 2 subsidized missions per year).
The final subsidy rate varies depending on the profile and size of your company.
